Can I cancel any time?
Yes, no commitment. You can cancel your subscription any time, directly from your account. You keep access until the end of the period already paid, then you can export your data.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
The Pro trial is fully free for 14 days, no credit card required at signup. After 14 days, you choose between paid Pro or going back to Free. No automatic charge.
What is the OS plan early bird offer?
The OS plan ships in 2026. By joining the waiting list, you lock in a €59/month rate for life instead of €69/month. You also get priority access to test new features first.
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes, you can move from Free to Pro any time, or back. Changes are immediate. Mid-period upgrades are billed pro rata.
Are prices VAT-included or excluded?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. French VAT (20%) is added on the invoice for professionals established in France. Practitioners under the French VAT exemption scheme have no VAT to pay.
What happens to my data if I leave Delta?
Your data belongs to you. You can export it any time. If you cancel, you have 30 days to retrieve all your data, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers.

Yes, starting from 5 practitioners we offer volume pricing and centralized invoicing. Contact us at greg@mydelta.app for a tailored quote.
