This page describes the functions and optional measurement tools used on Delta's public website. Your choices apply across its languages and regions.
Necessary functions
Security, session, language and theme preferences support your use of Delta. Public pages always display in light mode without changing your application theme. A separate cookie remembers your public site edition for up to 180 days, including when you follow an explicit regional URL. It keeps navigation consistent through shared pages and does not change your country of practice or account language.
On French public pages, the approximate country supplied by our CDN may suggest a Belgian or Swiss edition. No automatic redirect occurs. Displaying a suggestion does not save the inferred country. You can choose another edition at any time using the region and language selector.
The delta_consent cookie stores your choices, their date and the policy version for 180 days. Refusing optional tools does not prevent account creation or access to resources.
Audience measurement — PostHog
With your permission, PostHog records public visits, signup and demo clicks, verified registrations, calendar views, confirmed demo bookings and public PDF download clicks, with the displayed language and region. Patient information pages are not tracked. This integration does not record sessions, forms or patient information. Its ph_ cookies can last up to 180 days.
Audience measurement — Google Analytics 4
With your audience measurement permission, Google Analytics 4 measures public visits, demo button clicks, verified registrations and confirmed bookings. The blog is measured without article titles or article addresses. Automatic form tracking, session recordings and advertising personalization are disabled. Its _ga and _ga_ cookies are configured for up to 180 days.
Advertising measurement — Google Ads and Meta
With your separate advertising permission, Google Ads and Meta attribute verified registrations and demo bookings to advertising campaigns. Advertising measurement is limited to commercial pages and the signup confirmation page: it excludes the blog, patient information pages and private resource downloads. No account details, patient information or Calendly form contents are sent by this integration. Google's _gcl_ cookies and Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies can last up to 90 days.
Verified registrations
A registration is measured only after the first email confirmation for a new account, in the same browser session and within 24 hours. Your choice must allow that purpose both when you register and when you confirm. A random, single-use identifier prevents duplicate conversions; no email address or account identifier is sent. Refusing measurement does not affect account creation.
Google Tag Manager loads only after you accept at least one measurement category. Each tool respects its own category. Google and Meta can receive technical browser and connection information; their processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area.

Booking a demo — Calendly
The booking page contacts Calendly only when you choose to display its calendar or follow its external link. Calendly handles your appointment details and provides its own cookie preferences. Refusing Delta's measurement cookies does not prevent booking. We measure a confirmed booking only if you have accepted the corresponding category; visiting the thank-you page alone does not count as a booking.
Change your mind at any time
Use Manage my cookies at the bottom of any public page to accept, refuse or withdraw individual permissions. Withdrawal stops future optional captures; it does not erase data already received by a provider.
If your browser blocks cookies, optional measurement remains disabled. Your browser settings also allow you to delete stored cookies.
