3. Nature of the activity

Delta is an organisational and editorial assistance software intended exclusively for mental health professionals (psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists) practising in France or Belgium.

Delta is not a medical device within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745. The Service does not provide any diagnosis, any automated therapeutic decision, or any prescription. The content generated by the Service is purely informational and organisational in nature and must be systematically validated by the professional user.

4. Terms of use

Use of the Site and the Service is subject to the Terms of Use, the Terms of Sale, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), accessible from the Site at mydelta.app.

By accessing the Site and using the Service, the user acknowledges having read these documents and accepts them without reservation.

5. Intellectual property

All elements making up the Site and the Service (texts, graphics, software, images, sounds, logos, trademarks, databases, etc.) as well as the Site and the Service themselves are governed by French and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

These elements are the exclusive property of Delta Labs SAS. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or transmission, in whole or in part, of the Site or the Service or their content, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Data processor: Delta Labs SAS, for the health data of patients processed via the Service on behalf of the professional users.
