Session 3 · ADHD assessment in progress
Previous session

Parental anamnesis completed. Attentional fatigability observed from 20 minutes on. Good cooperation, apprehension about writing tasks.

Longitudinal memory

In S2, Léo showed marked attentional difficulties — hypothesis of an ADHD profile to be confirmed.

  • Patient context in 10 seconds

Clear summary, points to revisit, objectives — to start the session immediately.

  • Longitudinal memory

Delta connects the threads between sessions. What was raised in S3 resurfaces at the right moment.

  • An active caseload kept under control

Whether you follow 20 or 80 patients, every record finds its own cognitive context, instantly.

02 During the session

Focus on your patient. Delta documents.

  • Automatic notes + your annotations

Delta writes the documentation. You add your clinical impressions — what AI can't capture for you.

  • Visible clinical threads

Anamnesis elements are structured in real time: history, reason for consultation, complaints, context — ready to integrate into the report.

  • Discreet transcription

The interview unfolds normally. Your attention stays on the patient and their answers, not on your screen.

Reason & anamnesis

Attentional and organizational difficulties reported since CM1. Family history of ADHD (father). Good social integration, disturbed sleep.

Cognitive profile (WISC-V)

FSIQ: 108 (average). Marked dissociation: VCI 120 (> average) / WMI 82 (low). Executive deficits confirmed (NEPSY-II, BRIEF).

Conclusion & recommendations

Profile consistent with combined-type ADHD. Educational accommodations recommended (PAP). Referral to a child neurologist for complementary medical evaluation.

Frequently asked questions from neuropsychologists.

Everything you need to know before getting started.

Is Delta suitable for the assessments I carry out?
Yes. Delta offers templates adapted to the main assessments: WAIS-IV, WISC-V, NEPSY-II, MEM-III, BRIEF, RBMT, Stroop, TMT, Rey figure, D2… And to every population: children (ADHD, dyslexia, ASD, gifted), adults (MCI, burn-out, post-stroke) and seniors (MCI, Alzheimer's). You can customize each template to align it with your methodology.
Do I need to inform my patients? And how?
Yes, informing the patient (or the parents for a minor) is required by GDPR. As a neuropsychologist — a protected title — you don't need to collect formal written consent: Article 9.2.h of the GDPR allows the processing of health data by a professional bound by professional secrecy. Oral information at the start of the interview and a poster in the waiting room are enough.

In practice, Delta provides you with an informative poster to put in your practice or waiting room, indicating that you use Delta for the anamnesis and report writing. This is the approach used by the leading tools in the market.

If you want to go further, you can mention Delta verbally at the start of the first session — some clinicians prefer this direct transparency. The patient (or the parents) can always refuse: in that case, you take your notes manually as before. Delta remains entirely optional, session by session.
Do my assessment reports stay confidential vis-à-vis my patients?
Absolutely. Your assessment reports in progress and your interview notes are strictly private. Patients have no direct access. The final version of the report stays in your hands — you decide what you share and with whom. Professional secrecy is fully respected.
Can I use Delta in teleconsultation?
Yes. Delta works just as well in-person as in teleconsultation, via your computer microphone, your video tool (Doctolib, Livi, Qare, etc.), or your phone. Audio is automatically deleted within 24h after transcription.
Does Delta respect the code of ethics for psychologists?
Yes. Delta is designed in compliance with the French code of ethics for psychologists (OFPN 2021). Patient informed consent is systematically obtained (Delta provides a poster and a model verbal mention), professional secrecy is preserved, data is hosted in France with a certified HDS provider, and you keep full control over what is kept or deleted.
How does Delta handle clinical supervision?
Delta helps you prepare your supervisions: you can generate an anonymized synthesis of a clinical case in one click, with the structured history, evolutions and your questions. No more starting from scratch the day before each supervision.
Can I import my old assessment reports and patient records?
Yes. Delta allows you to import your old records (Word notes, PDF, or manual entries) so that clinical memory starts with the existing history. We support you for free on this step when you upgrade to the Pro plan.
What happens if I stop using Delta? Can I recover my records?
Your records belong to you. At any time, you can export all of your assessment reports, notes and patient history in PDF or in a structured format (JSON). After cancellation, you have 90 days to retrieve your data before final deletion.

No technical lock-in: your documents remain readable outside of Delta, and your clinical memory can be re-imported elsewhere if needed.
Does Delta work for re-assessment reports?
Yes. It's actually one of Delta's biggest gains. The longitudinal memory keeps previous assessment reports: when re-assessing (after 2 years, 5 years…), Delta retrieves the previous cognitive profile and highlights significant evolutions. You can also import your old Word or PDF reports to build up the history.
