“My consultations are 6 to 8 weeks apart. Before Delta, I had to re-read 3 pages of notes before each appointment. Now everything comes back in 10 seconds.”
“My hands stay on the patient throughout the session. Delta keeps track of the reason, the dysfunctions, the techniques — exactly as I would have written at the end.”
“With infants, every detail matters: sleep, feeding, digestion. Delta lets me keep all of it in mind from one consultation to the next.”
“When a patient comes back after 3 months and you ask about their children by name, it changes everything in the relationship.”

Work on cervico-thoracic dysfunction and the diaphragm. Good release. Tom is still not sleeping through — fragmented sleep continues.
In S2, Mme Laurent mentioned night-time wakings caused by her son Tom (8 months). Ask her if Tom is sleeping through now.
-
Patient context in 10 seconds
Clear summary, points to revisit, objectives — to start the session immediately.
-
Longitudinal memory
Delta connects the threads between sessions. What was raised in S3 resurfaces at the right moment.
-
An active caseload under control
Whether you see your patients every 6 weeks or every 6 months, each record finds its clinical and personal context, instantly.
Focus on your patient. Delta documents.
-
Automatic notes + your annotations
Delta writes the documentation. You add your clinical impressions — what AI can't capture for you.
-
Visible clinical threads
Anamnesis elements are structured in real time: history, reason for consultation, complaints, context — ready to integrate into the report.
-
Discreet transcription
The consultation unfolds normally. Your hands palpate, test, manipulate — no keyboard between you and the patient.
First consultation: recurrent cervicalgia, C5-C7 and upper thoracic dysfunction.
Mme Laurent mentions her son Tom (8 months) fragmenting her sleep.

Frequently asked questions from osteopaths.
Everything you need to know before getting started.
Is Delta suited to my osteopathic practice?
Do I need to inform my patients? And how?
In practice, Delta provides you with an informative poster to put in your practice or waiting room, indicating that you use Delta for note-taking and follow-up of your consultations. This is the approach used by the leading tools in the market.
If you want to go further, you can mention Delta verbally at the start of the first session — some practitioners prefer this direct transparency. The patient (or the parents) can always refuse: in that case, you take notes manually as before. Delta remains entirely optional, session by session.
Are my reports confidential vis-à-vis my patients?
Can I use Delta in teleconsultation?
Does Delta respect the osteopaths' deontological recommendations?
How does Delta handle clinical supervision?
Can I import my old reports and patient records?
What happens if I stop Delta? Can I recover my records?
No technical lock-in: your documents remain readable outside Delta, and your clinical memory can be re-imported elsewhere if needed.
