Previous consultation

Work on cervico-thoracic dysfunction and the diaphragm. Good release. Tom is still not sleeping through — fragmented sleep continues.

Longitudinal memory

In S2, Mme Laurent mentioned night-time wakings caused by her son Tom (8 months). Ask her if Tom is sleeping through now.

  • Patient context in 10 seconds

Clear summary, points to revisit, objectives — to start the session immediately.

  • Longitudinal memory

Delta connects the threads between sessions. What was raised in S3 resurfaces at the right moment.

  • An active caseload under control

Whether you see your patients every 6 weeks or every 6 months, each record finds its clinical and personal context, instantly.

02 During the session

Focus on your patient. Delta documents.

  • Automatic notes + your annotations

Delta writes the documentation. You add your clinical impressions — what AI can't capture for you.

  • Visible clinical threads

Anamnesis elements are structured in real time: history, reason for consultation, complaints, context — ready to integrate into the report.

  • Discreet transcription

The consultation unfolds normally. Your hands palpate, test, manipulate — no keyboard between you and the patient.

Frequently asked questions from osteopaths.

Everything you need to know before getting started.

Is Delta suited to my osteopathic practice?
Yes. Delta offers templates suited to all osteopathic approaches: structural (vertebral, articular), visceral, cranial, pediatric (infants, plagiocephaly, infant functional disorders), sports. The vocabulary stays faithful to your practice: somatic dysfunctions, lesion patterns, mobility restrictions, listening tests, structural techniques (HVLA, muscle energy, thrust), functional techniques, fascia. Each template is customizable to your methodology.
Do I need to inform my patients? And how?
Yes, informing the patient is required by GDPR. As an osteopath — a regulated profession since the law of 4 March 2002, registered in the RPPS since late 2024, bound by professional secrecy (French Penal Code art. 226-13) — you don't need to collect formal written consent: Article 9.2.h of the GDPR allows the processing of health data by a professional bound by professional secrecy. Verbal information at the start of the consultation and a poster in the waiting room are enough.

In practice, Delta provides you with an informative poster to put in your practice or waiting room, indicating that you use Delta for note-taking and follow-up of your consultations. This is the approach used by the leading tools in the market.

If you want to go further, you can mention Delta verbally at the start of the first session — some practitioners prefer this direct transparency. The patient (or the parents) can always refuse: in that case, you take notes manually as before. Delta remains entirely optional, session by session.
Are my reports confidential vis-à-vis my patients?
Absolutely. Your reports being drafted and your notes are strictly private. Patients have no direct access. The final version of the report stays in your hands — you decide what you share and with whom. Professional secrecy is fully respected.
Can I use Delta in teleconsultation?
Yes. Delta works just as well in-person as in teleconsultation, via your computer microphone, your video tool (Doctolib, Livi, Qare, etc.), or your phone. Audio is automatically deleted within 24h after transcription.
Does Delta respect the osteopaths' deontological recommendations?
Yes. Delta is designed in compliance with the deontological recommendations of the main osteopathic professional organizations (SFDO, AFO, ROF). Informed patient consent is systematically obtained (Delta provides a poster and a model verbal mention), professional secrecy is preserved, data is hosted in France with a certified HDS provider, and you keep full control over what is kept or deleted.
How does Delta handle clinical supervision?
Delta helps you prepare your supervisions: you can generate an anonymized synthesis of a clinical case in one click, with the structured history, evolutions and your questions. No more starting from scratch the day before each supervision.
Can I import my old reports and patient records?
Yes. Delta allows you to import your old records (Word notes, PDF, or manual entries) so that clinical memory starts with the existing history. We support you for free on this step when you upgrade to the Pro plan.
What happens if I stop Delta? Can I recover my records?
Your records belong to you. At any time, you can export all your reports, notes and patient histories as PDF or structured format (JSON). After cancellation, you have 90 days to retrieve your data before permanent deletion.

No technical lock-in: your documents remain readable outside Delta, and your clinical memory can be re-imported elsewhere if needed.
Does Delta work for chronic patient follow-up?
Yes, and it's one of the big wins for osteopaths. When a patient comes back after 6, 8 or 12 weeks, Delta instantly refreshes your memory: initial reason, identified dysfunctions, techniques used, advice given, personal context mentioned. No more re-reading 5 pages of notes before each consultation — the essentials show up at a glance. For your chronic patients (recurring follow-up over several years), Delta can also generate an evolution report on demand.

Every patient. Every detail. Every time.
